Local Timber, Bespoke Sawmilling

What we do

We are a sawmill in the traditional sense of the word. We source our logs from local woodlands, then process them into timbers for building, fencing and furniture making.

  • Hand felling is a forgotten art form that we intend to keep alive! Using knowledge past down from generations of foresters married with modern equipment and felling techniques we make sure to get the most out of your timber. We have the ability to process the timber for the customer with our own sawmill, buy the timber ourselves, or sell it using our market knowledge.

  • Our mobile sawmill is versatile machine, able to cope with any log (with a bit of chainsaw wizardry!). We have a good understanding of the softwood and hardwood markets, and use this to ensure our customers get the most out of their timber.
