Our softwood comes from our sawmill offcuts, which are Larch and Douglas Fir. These timbers are slow grown and highly calorific, producing a hot burn.

Cut between 6 - 10 inches.
Seasoned
Naturally seasoned by the wind and the sun! We give our firewood time to properly dry, and make sure to moisture test before sale. The moisture content needed for our firewood to be considered ‘seasoned’ is an average of 20% or less. At this stage the timber is ready to burn cleanly and efficiently.

We also offer a staking service for those who need! Please follow the contact us form at the bottom of this page to enquire about stacking your firewood. Charges are based on volume of firewood.
